Our team typically focuses on majority investments preferring to align ourselves with strong leadership teams and shared objectives to build our companies.

Size & Location
Arviat targets businesses in the Pacific Northwest with an EBITDA range of $1 to $10 million. Emphasis is placed on companies headquartered in the Western Canadian Provinces and Northwest US States.
Succession
We are well positioned to support owners considering succession dynamics, to realign from one leadership and ownership group, to the next. Our strategy is to enable current ownership to transition out of the company while partnering with existing managers to grow the business to the next level.
Patient Equity Capital
Arviat Equity Partners is a family office backed investor which allows us to take a longer term view with our investments than traditional private equity. We are not constrained by strict investment criteria and exit timelines.
